FAT32 supports drives up to 2 terabytes in size.
FAT32 uses the copy of the backup file allocation table in place of default copy to relocate the root folder.
The root folder is located anywhere on the FAT32 drive because the FAT32 is an chain of ordinary clusters hence more flexible.
